Responsibilities & Requirements
Our Intranet Portal, based on Microsoft SharePoint 2007 Technologies, is currently in a reorganization process. After the implementation of a customized look and feel, the platform was newly set up and needs now to be maintained properly.
Your tasks will be:
1) Administration of the SharePoint Intranet portal
Rights Management
Content Maintenance
Creation and design of SharePoint web sites
Liaise with IT Operations support for fault management
Creating Sharepoint usage reports and presenting to the management on demand
2) Intranet portal support to the employees
Being contact person in SharePoint matters
Organizing SharePoint short-introductions for new employees
Conducting periodical SharePoint trainings for user groups
Updating our SharePoint UserGuide
3) Helping with other ongoing tasks
Optimization of the intranet processes
Business continuity and disaster recovery planning
Developing new QM guidelines for the intranet
4) Internet website administration
Administration of the T-Systems Singapore web site using a content management system
Liaise with HQ in case of design changes and driving a timely implementation of new features or designs
The candidate should:
Possess technical affinity and enthusiasm for new web-based technologies
Be a hands-on team player that shows the patience to support the intranet users and editors
Be fluent in spoken and written English and German
Thrive in a multi cultural environment
Have completed basic studies (Vordiplom or equivalent)
Candidates with previous experience in MS SharePoint technology will be strongly preferred
Candidates with additional background in Marketing/Communications – and the drive to support our MarComs department as well – will be preferred
Remuneration:
