Internship in Process Implementation / Improvements in Sino-German hightech jointventure, based in Beijing with a paid up capital of 30 million RMB. The German mother company is an established multinational engaged in the sales, design and production of various advanced automatic doors for bus, railway and mass transit area. It employs currently 180 people in Beijing and is looking for German interns from a business (Logistics/Operations)/ IT / Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical) background. |

| The internship: |
| - Applicants will work closely with a German General Manager for issues/projects regarding process/workflow of production, quality, technology, engineering, procurement depending on the background and capability of the candidates |

The company is reorganizing in many areas. Therefore the intern shall be in the position to work out required plan, process independently in co-operation with those employees of the company. So the intern shall be able to understand company operation and have knowledge as well as experience of finding problems and solutions |

| Intern Qualifications: |
| 1.
Major in mechanical engineering, electrical/electronic engineering, automation, computer science is preferred |
| 2. In progressed phase of the studies |
| 3. Practical experience in comparable enterprise or industry in Europe or Asia is desired |
| 4. Fluent English and German in spoken and written are the must |
| 5. Microsoft Office and database skills |
| 6. Strong communication skills and open-mindedness required |
