The consultancy is a specialist in strategy and corporate consulting in China. The company was established 12 years ago, and now has 50 people based out of 3 operations offices in China (Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen) and 2 liaison offices in Europe (Madrid and Milan). It is structured in three business practices (Strategy, Corporate and Human Resources) and a number of support functions.
The corporate consulting department is divided in three practice desks: (i) M&A, (ii) Corporate Implementation and (iii) Finance Desk. The M&A Desk has implemented an important number of projects in China, both supporting leading Fortune 500 and medium size multinationals access this market via acquisitions or restructure their existing operations in China.
The Internship:
The position is in the Corporate department, M&A desk. The intern will be located in the Shanghai office. The intern will be joining specific project teams and would be reporting the specific project managers. The majority of the intern’s time will be spent supporting the production of presentations and reports, as well as some focused research and analysis.
This internship offers the opportunity to make a significant contribution to the running of a strategy and corporate consultancy, learn about some of China’s most strategic market sectors, and develop research, team building and communication skills within an international environment.
| Intern Qualifications:
1. University Degree.
2. Previous international experience.
3. Previous working experience is a plus.
4. Competent computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
5. Fluent in both written and spoken English.
6. Chinese language skills is a plus.
Remuneration:
